Summer of Love at People’s Park was organized to provide a loving and welcoming day for the People’s Park residents. QT2S+BIPOC Bay Area art scene came together to live out a summer afternoon filled with love. People living at the park felt loved by everyone building a space for the afternoon in support of their home and push-back against the university’s displacement efforts to the current residents. Big shout-out to all of our wonderful artists/vendors/performers that kept the day going filled with back-to-back fun and liveliness and to each of you who decided to come out! 100% of the monetary aid went directly to the residents
